CALL FOR ARTISTS: The Art of Photography

The Art of Photography

September 10 – October 3, 2021

The Mt. Airy Art Garage (MAAG) invites all artists to submit their art for “The Art of Photography”, happening from September 10 – October 3, 2021, at the MAAG Gallery located at 7054 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19119.

Ever since the mid-1800’s, photography has garnered the attention and captivated the imagination of the world. For the first time in human history, actual images of people, places, and more could be replicated with 100% accuracy. This led to countless artists taking up the medium, showing us the world in new and fascinating ways, through their respective lenses. With The Art of Photography, we invite photographers of all stripes to submit their artwork to be displayed in the MAAG Gallery. Any and all subject matter will be considered.

We encourage artists to submit up to two (2) pieces of photography to be on display and for sale in this upcoming exhibit. All work must be framed and ready to hang.

Submission forms can be downloaded by clicking here. (PDF)
