A Tribute to the Creative Spirit of Alma Perch Finestone (1924 – 2012)
Joel and Toby Finestone Grubman are presenting eight nudes in celebration of Toby’s mother, Alma Perch Finestone, who loved to paint and has provided a legacy of memories captured on canvas. Wishing to see mother’s cherished paintings in people’s homes, Toby Finestone Gruben is offering them for purchase.

A lifelong Philadelphian, Alma Perch Finestone painted throughout her long life and exhibited her artwork throughout the area. She graduated from Temple University (bachelors), and the University of Pennsylvania (masters) and studied at the Barnes Foundation, which had a profound effect on her work. Alma was involved with the Cheltenham Center for the Arts, taking classes and serving on the board.
